5.1 spiner77 is required by its international gaming authority licence to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. This is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary policy.

7.5 If a Member has an active bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement, the real-money balance may be withdrawn independently of the bonus balance in accordance with the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spiner77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
12.1 spiner77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., following a breach of these Terms & Conditions), spiner77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed following investigation, spiner77 may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
12.3 Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming purposes — may do so at any time by contacting spiner77's 24/7 support team or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Real-money balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.1 spiner77 is committed to responsible gaming and provides Members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion facilities.
13.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. A self-excluded Member will not be permitted to access spiner77 services during the exclusion period. Circumvention of self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 11.

16.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have provided consent, direct marketing.
17.1 spiner77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, spiner77 will endeavour to provide notice to Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the law of Malaysia or your country of residence.
19.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
